It is needed to submit the following documents to the State Department of Intellectual property in order to register IP rights transfer:

• application for publication and enrollment of IP rights transfer information
• the agreement or a notarized extract from the agreement in three copies
• a documentary confirmation of payment for information enrollment
• a power of attorney issued according to the requirements of legislation in force.
