It is needed to submit the following documents to the State Department of Intellectual property in order to register IP rights transfer: - application for publication and enrollment of IP rights transfer information
- the agreement or a notarized extract from the agreement in three copies
- a documentary confirmation of payment for information enrollment
- a power of attorney issued according to the requirements of legislation in force.
