21-23.04.2010 The 8th Annual IP Seminar "Strategy of IP protection to provide a company success" was held in the Moscow office of Gorodissky & Partners.

Leading patent and trademark attorneys and lawyers from the Moscow, Kiev, Kazan and Ekaterinburg offices shared their knowledge and experience on developing and implementation of legal and economic tools for effective protection and management of a company IP assets nowadays.
Mr. Max Vern, invited speaker of Amster, Rothstein & Ebenstein gave a presentation “Trade marks – strategy of protection in crisis – American market practice” which was met by the audience with enthusiasm.
Oleg Zhukhevych, Head of Legal Department of Gorodissky and Partners (Kiev), gave a presentation on “Ukrainian litigation practice of hearing trademark related cases”.
Among the attendees were specialists from the Russian state owned companies, commercial firms, R & D centers, educational institutes, foreign companies as well as patent attorneys and lawyers from Russia, Belarus and Norway.
