Trademarks Department

Trademarks Department provides for a full range of services on registration of trademarks both in Ukraine and abroad for national and foreign clients.

Major services provided by the Department:

• Searching the database of trademarks registered and pending in Ukraine;
• Searching for trademarks in foreign patent offices;
• Preparing and filing applications for registration of trademarks in Ukraine;
• Preparing and filing international applications for registration of trademarks according to Madrid Agreement and/or Madrid Protocol;
• Preparing and filing applications for registration of trademarks in foreign countries;
• Maintaining document workflow related to applications within the whole term of trademark registration until the certificate is issued;
• Preparing and filing motivated answers and objections against Ukrainian Patent and Trademark Office (hereinafter referred to as UPTO) expert board decisions;
• Consulting on the matters of trademarks registration.
