Konstantin Sikachin

Mr. Sikachin graduated from the law department of Kiev National University of Culture and Art as a lawyer. He studied patent law in Kiev Institute of Intellectual Property and Law.

He started working in 1999 in Nina Moshynska’s Patent Agency.

In 2000 he became an employee of Gorodissky and Partners (Kiev). Mr. Sikachin advices the firm clients on legislation and law enforcement in the area of trademark registration, proceedings in Ukrainian and foreign patent offices, drafting trademark applications, making license agreements, protection of rights in case of their infringement. Mr. Sikachin is a member of International Trademark Association (INTA).

He speaks English.
