Annuities Department

Activities of the Department include working with titles of protection for all types of intellectual property including:

• Obtaining titles of protection for inventions and utility models, industrial designs, trademarks goods and marks service after their governmental registration;
• Amending titles of protection;
• Keeping the intellectual property titles of protection in force;
• Termination of titles of protection (full or partial refuse);
• Preparing and registering agreements for transfer of intellectual property rights;
• Ordering duplicate titles of protection, certificates of title of protection owners, certificates of validity of titles of protection, certificates of intellectual rights transfer, extracts of state registers.
